Refunds and Exchanges...

Thanks so much for supporting us! Let's make it right!

1. "My stuff was damaged in shipping," "There is a problem with the manufacturing" or "You made a mistake on my order and sent me the wrong thing"

Send it back. We will get you a return shipping label (We encourage you to use the original packaging) and we will replace your item(s).

2. "I ordered the wrong thing by mistake"

Send it back. We don't cover postage but we will credit you and get you what you want. 

3. "I tried it once...this isn't for me"

Send it back. We don't cover postage or e-transaction fees (PayPal and Shopify) but we will net these things out and credit you the remaining balance.

4. "My order hasn't arrived...it's stuck in "pre-shipment" or transit"

We hate it when USPS or UPS gets jammed up.  This does happen from time to time.  Especially due to recent labor force challenges out there. We have to wait at least 15 days to submit a "lost" insurance claim unfortunately. Thanks for being patient.

*NOTE: Please review your shipping information CAREFULLY. The address that we receive from you is printed on a shipping label and sent.  We would hate to have product sent to the wrong address given by a buyer and we do not assume responsibility/loss if this does happen.  Double check mailing address and make sure your auto-fill has your current mailing address.
